Follow the instructions. I used a temperature strip. but 10 seconds after I put the mouthguard in the water, it turned into a piece of garbage! I'm so angry I really needed this mouth guard as I grind my teeth a lot at night and also during the day with fear. The temp strip is bad because it wasn't accurate. Super upset.
