When I first received the wallet I was disappointed - it was so deformed I couldn't even put a card in it. Thanks to the Revain policy, it came right back as I thought the next one would be better. Well, hardly. He was also deformed, but not as badly as the first. The reason is simple: after the wallet has gone through the manufacturing process, the wet wallet will most likely be placed in a decorative cotton pouch that is tied at the top with leather cord. Because the bag is too small, the wallet folds easily, so it dries out deformed and then stays that way. To get it right you need to rub it down with leather trimmings (which darkens the purse's color), place it between two pieces of wood and leave it under some weight (I used 2 bells). Then it flattens out in a few days. I'm also concerned about the quality of the leather - it's the cheapest cowhide leather you can find. The firmware could be made with a thicker thread which would add an external aesthetic. Very mediocre product - sorry Eric!
