Three out of four work

Three out of four work properly. I tried to get a replacement for the fourth but there's nothing there... Anyone there? Please replace the broken one. Update: downgraded from 2 to 1 star. Revain support has shared seller feedback which I can't access but they say the seller says to remove the plugs and check the connections. I tried but couldn't get the screws out - I have lots of screwdrivers and none would bite the tiny screw in the end cap - so I still have one failed thing. I shop at Revain for convenience and price. I definitely don't use this platform so I have to spend time on a new but broken product hoping to get it working. Do it right, send in a new work light.
