To get the quality I always get from Revain

I put in bulbs and 1 blew out right away. I waited a day, put in another one and it blew. 2 are fine and working well Disappointed with the burnout case, can I get two spare bulbs/

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Crumpled

Good bright WHITE light!

This is 5000 Kelvin pure bright WHITE light. They are becoming increasingly difficult to find as LEDs are replacing almost every other form of lighting. I will buy these lamps while they are in stock. Pretty good value for money as they last so long (not as long as LEDs but MUCH longer than all incandescent bulbs).

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Super bright in fluorescent lighting

Wow! Doesn't matter! These fluorescent lamps are a real find. (3) The 23w bulbs in my ceiling fans put out LOTS of bright light. I didn't rate the efficiency or durability of these bulbs because I just plugged them in. But if you need bright daylight lamps, this is for you. I only use two of the three bulbs in the ceiling fan to keep the brightness low.

Cons

BUYER BEWARE Best Fluorescent Bulbs

I was so excited when I installed the bulbs. They were bright and lit up the room beautifully. However, I finally found the right pears. Not right. 3 have burned out in a month, some of them 1 are flickering like they're about to explode and the light has dimmed significantly in the last month. A lot of money was spent on light bulbs for 1 month of use. I am so disappointed.

Pros
  • Great for Small Households
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

In less than 2 months out of 16 only 6 are working

I rarely write reviews but this is rude! I returned half of the order as soon as I received it because 8 bulbs didn't work and I kept the other 8 and now 2 have already stopped working within 2 months of use! I work all day and only turn on the lights a few hours a day and it still doesn't get enough! The brightness is great, but only lasts a few days! Terrible purchase!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Now I remember why I don't like CFL bulbs!

They are dull the first time you turn them on, especially at lower temperatures. They take a few minutes to fully light up and once they do, they're fine. They also generate a lot of heat - you can't touch them when they're fully heated, unlike an LED bulb which barely gets warm. Not a fan, these bulbs are unused and I'll keep that in mind next time I shop for bulbs!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Best not to buy these in bulbs

UPDATE: 3 bulbs burnt out. I will come back for a refund. These lamps are great. It takes a few minutes to fully clear up, which comes in handy when I wake up. I bought these bulbs in early December and quickly installed them in my room. It's the end of the month and a lightbulb has already burned out. The other three still work fine, but I wish this fourth would still work as it makes one side of the room darker than the rest.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Update Availability
