Pleasantly surprised. To make it more comfortable, I used scissors to cut off the extra cast where it went over the teeth. Both in the front and the back upper part of the mouth. I also took a rotary tool to thin out the molding because I can't sleep with extra volume in my mouth. Since the device doesn't reach my molars, I find it incredibly comfortable to wear at night with these few post-sculpting adjustments. And my husband says I stopped snoring from the first night of wearing it. (although I claim I've never snored).
