Review on πŸ’– VTech KidiZoom Smartwatch DX3 Pink: The Ultimate Kid-Friendly Wearable Tech by Aaron Vazquez

Fun watch with lots of gadgets

Our 5 year old girl has a lot of fun with her Kidizoom DX3 smartwatch. It combines the best of both worlds - it's easy enough for a kid, but has plenty of built-in gadgets for adults to play and learn with. There are many interactive features - dual cameras (for selfies, photos or videos), a pedometer, a timer, an alarm clock, a stopwatch, a calendar, a voice recorder and many games. One of the favorites here is customizing photos with silly drawings and changing watch faces. The watch can be connected to a computer with the supplied USB cable. After starting school, our child quickly learned what Kidizoom has to offer and she loves it. The watch is not waterproof, but is splash-proof. The watch can be linked to other DX3 watches so friends can exchange messages and games - we haven't tried that, but it's a good idea. The watch looks a bit bulky on a child's wrist, but the padded strap is sturdy and fits well. All in all, it's an easy way to enjoy games, engage in creative play, and learn the concepts of time.
