I was very excited when I got them in the mail so I could start making my own cleaning products at home. They initially worked great with my vinegar water but stopped splattering after a month. No matter how hard or careful or fast or slow I try to pull the trigger, pull hard and the liquid barely flows out and drips onto my hand. I gave this product 5 stars because they stopped working properly BUT the customer service was excellent, they refunded my money and even replaced the broken bottles with new ones to make up for it.
