HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Do not buy! We chose an inexpensive model (this one) to last until next year's kitchen renovation. One pen broke, they called customer service, they promised to send us a replacement which never arrived, I got my hands on the second one and the third seems to be next. Second round customer service said they sent replacement parts that never arrived. That was a few weeks ago.
