The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.
The laptop itself is fine, but is really loud. My spouse also has a laptop from the same series, but unlike mine, his never makes any noise when it's running. There is no ssd disk in the laptop; only m2 ssd memory. The motherboard has a port for a sata-connector cable, but none of the three I purchased from AliWorks worked.

- The fan is loud, there is only one memory slot, and the sound quality is terrible.
