Review on Zotech Illuminated Ultrathin Bluetooth Wireless by Andrew Amzallag

I haven't had the device for three months. I liked it a lot at first. It paired with Bluetooth with ease, loved the backlight, and was fairly stable with the designed mount. But now a few numbers and letters in the upper left corner are not responding. I fully charged it as part of the achievement. It says it has a 2 year warranty so I try to contact the manufacturer Zotech but it's proving harder than I hoped. Needless to say I am disappointed as I liked many aspects including the automatic magnetic closure etc.
