You would expect the normal volume range to be the same as my standard phone. But I have a feeling it's lower. Boosting makes it louder than my stock phone and works well. Blue tooth from your cellphone only works to answer your cellphone. Clarity cannot start or join a call started on a mobile phone. So it's not as useful as expected. It detects an incoming call, but the Bluetooth shows your phone as the caller. So all blue tooth messages are 'a call from' whatever you called your phone and NOT the actual caller. They seem to have trouble turning off the ringer even when it's off.
