I bought this trimmer to replace another brand's broken trimmer. I had a very hard time finding this. I stumbled across a Hammacher Schlemmer trimmer with a lifetime guarantee. I could tell it's the same as this one. This one only has a three-year guarantee, but the same for less money, which is why I bought from Revain. I just bought it so I don't know how long it will last. It seems to work. I have ear hair (yes I know it's gross) that doesn't seem to cut. I remember the dermatologist asking me what it is!? I mean, it's tough hair that you can't cut. So the fact that the trimmer works is definitely a plus. The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because I'd like it to come with some sort of holder for the other trimmers, which btw work. In the past, every time I've bought something like this with little extra parts, I've lost them. I'll probably make some kind of holder myself.
