I find very useful, it's easy-to use software tool for my business clients who are in service sectors like education, hospitality etc., with this i am able easily manage all of them which need any type information or assistance from me regarding locations related issues using GPS system. 1) It lacks UI/UX (user interface / user experience).2) No support call back feature for new queries 3) Support team doesn't respond timely when there might be some critical situation with client4.) Pricing plan should consider only two options either free version without limitations5) Inexpensive as compared to other systems available out there but not reliable yet due too less number of reviews6)- Easy integration - No configuration needed7-) The map gets refreshed automatically if we update anything about our website I like the ease of use, it's very convenient and makes locating customers easy for us at our office. There are some features we do not have access too but they say this will be available soon. We use the software in conjunction with our website and mobile apps so it syncs up well. It also has an API which allows us to integrate other applications such as Google Maps or Salesforce CRM to create integrations between them.
