The charging station arrived. The batteries are connected to the controller dock. After the 2 battery packs were fully charged and the front of the dock turned green, I used the controller. I couldn't use it after 3 hours and got a low battery indicator on XBOX ONE. The batteries turned off and then showed that the replaced battery needs to be charged? The dock controller icons were solid green and no matter what slot they were put in, they would stop charging. I returned it and bought a completely different 4-battery charger.
