Some notes on installing hollow doors and drywall.

This was in a tiny box, nicely packaged in 3 parts plus hardware. Beautiful when installed and very durable. Prospective buyers should note: if you are installing in concrete or hardwood you can use the one provided, but due to the hardware provided (see image) you MUST use the screws provided as they have special heads that hold the two pieces "hook" " (with set screws - hex key included). So if you're looking to mount on a hollow door (who but most people would hang a coat hook on a door?) or on drywall, there are special considerations to be made. It's difficult to mount something on hollow doors, but since the mounting screws are about 2 inches apart, you can't put both screws in the rack if you have one where you want to mount it to drywall. IMO the best options for drywall are molly fasteners or snap bolts both of which use machine thread screws and as you can see those screws you should be using have sheet metal threads. Per guide it states that screws AND "dowels" are for use in concrete only, but those are typical wood/tin threads (and it appears to be stainless steel, but I'm not sure). Before I continue let me say that my installation was on a hollow door which is in pretty poor condition and will eventually be replaced with solid wood where the supplied fasteners will not pose a problem. But on this door I have previously installed a standard double vertical hook (all the advantages of a single hook, plus the disadvantages - a hook is also possible) with hollow door plastic toggle anchors. These anchors are great, but they have a flange that sticks out above the surface - they have to hold properly somehow. As I no longer had these on hand I made the pictured block of wood to fit existing anchors ie the block screws into the anchors and the coat hook screws screw through the pilot holes in the block of wood (they are quite long so that they also protrude into the door). Using an adapter block like this would allow it to be installed almost anywhere with whatever hardware works best, and the block could be painted or waterproofed if water is an issue. In my photo you can only see the spacer that I put behind the block so it doesn't swing on the anchor flanges (I'll trim it later so it's not visible). This made for a very solid installation, another option would be to drill some sort of countersink into the back of the block to accommodate anchor flanges that allow the block to sit flush with the door. On a fresh install I would suggest that the screws provided can be used with the "lever" anchors directly on the hollow door, but they may be visible. Installation considerations aside, assuming a solid mount, this is a very good device. Definitely overpriced - and note this is made in China, not Germany. Instructions are given in 30 different languages but not that many instructions are needed here, the pictures explain it pretty well. The build and finish appear to be of very high quality and it looks like they should last a while. In general, a good functional thing, very stylish and durable. There is a star deduction for the price and the lack of installation options.
