Review on Upgrade Your Gaming Experience with LG 27GP700-B Ultragear: Ultra Thin, 240Hz, HDR, Flicker-Free, and HD Resolution by Dan Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works great but not true HDR I think

HDR standards make no sense. It doesn't have all the features and performance you'd expect from a full HDR monitor. However, it's good enough for me and the picture quality is a huge improvement over my previous monitor. This is my first high refresh rate screen and the game improvements are really nice. The refresh rate itself doesn't matter, but remember that a high refresh rate usually means less latency, and here it is! Although the smoothness is also beautiful. 165Hz will probably do the trick, so if you can find something similar to 165 you might want to go for it if it's cheaper or has a better picture. I like the idea of having 240 though. It's irrational, but still. Definitely a good screen, not too expensive. Although it's always nice to go shopping while shopping.
