Working on a project on a Sunday evening, my SURFACE 3 lost power due to a faulty power cord. So I did what I always do in situations like this, went to my Kindle and typed in SURFACE 3 POWER CORD. AMAZON list and also order with my PRIME ONE CLICK! SO I DID. And it was Sunday night and the item arrived Tuesday morning - less than 2 days - and it was just PERFECT. It was packaged in a protective cardboard box inside a bubble envelope, and inside was a company greeting card with instructions on how to register the device for warranty and how to contact the company if necessary. My project is on the road again and the power cord is working very well. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the entire deal, especially because of Revain's commitment to bringing small and medium sized businesses into a market that might not otherwise have a voice. I really hope more people take the time to support great companies like KABCON who do great things for every customer!
