I thought I had covered this before, but apparently I haven't. I might add it to another coffee grinder or if they sent me a link to rate the seller. I've tried several coffee grinders; this is my favorite. But I liked them so much that I immediately ordered more to give away. There were just a few small issues. One of them didn't switch off. I just removed the rubber cap, emptied/cleaned any debris that might be holding the button, replaced the rubber cap and everything works fine now. It can be a bit difficult to attach the rubber cap. I had a problem, I couldn't turn the adjustment knob, but again it was just a stuck peppercorn. I just untied it, brushed it and replaced the cap. That works fine. I had a meat grinder in the kit that didn't work at all even after charging. I just contacted Revain/seller and it was replaced immediately. Something I found odd was that the first set I ordered was Xin Bao Long's signature. But when I ordered it was out of stock. So I chose a branded product that looked identical. The photo shows that he is branded SaengQ. When he arrived he was branded as Xin Bao Long. I'm not complaining because that's what I wanted anyway. It appears to be a licensed item only. I like that it has light. Other grinders I've tried don't have a light. Light makes it easier to see how much you're using. I love that it's automatic, so there's no constant turning motion like manual coffee grinders. I love that it's rechargeable and you can easily remove the lid. A few years ago I had one that ran on 6 AA batteries and you had to turn the grinder upside down to change batteries or add peppercorns. The problem was that as soon as you turned it upside down it started to squeak and couldn't be turned off except by turning it right side up. I like that it comes with the kit. Others I ordered thought they were sets but ended up only having one grinder. Having a stand is neither a plus nor a minus for me. I don't usually use a stand. I like it when you want to leave it on the table. One thing I happened to discover was that 1/4 c. and 1/2 inch. matching jars from Penzey's Spices. (Picture shows 1/4cc and 1/2cc Penzi jars.) I couldn't find replacement jars so I decided to see if my empty spice jars would work. I was thrilled that I tried it and it fit. I wanted to send them for recycling. So now I can just switch the can if I want to use a different peppercorn. I can use different spices without having to go through the emptying/cleaning process every time. The only reason I mentioned Penzey's is because I get the spices from there. Condiment jars (like McCormick etc.) from the grocery store didn't work. The hole is too small. You might want to try any spice jars you already have. Cap size for 1/4 c. and 1/2 inch. Penzi jars are 48/400 so I assume any jar with a lid that size will do (turn the lid upside down, some have numbers on the bottom). I can buy pepper/salt in packets or in bulk instead of individual bottles. I keep a few cans of Penzi full, when one runs out I just replace it with a full one and put the empty can in the dishwasher. So four stars because of a few things. I didn't have to remove the rubber plug to toggle the switch on and off. My hands are getting to the point where I can't anymore. Also, if you're switching between cans and pepper, be sure to shake out any excess pepper on top before inserting a new can. I only know this because when changing jars, pepper fell out when I moved the lid to put it on the new jar.
