We bought this for the library and it's very popular. The kids are easy to use and love the stories. Unfortunately, the charging port became unreliable due to an unreliable connection and then completely detached internally. Customer service is not good. I wanted to repair or replace but they said go where you bought it. It was Revane and I told them about it. It's been 3 months to two years since I bought it and I'm not entitled to a refund. I wrote again and they just said the same thing they told me the first time. I thought they would at least give a discount. That being said I will buy another Lunius and be very careful about charging. Crossed fingers!
