The flexibility of meros as a platform, allowing you to implement your own solutions without having to rely on 3rd party providers. Having full control over my data gives me peace of mind. They also have some really nice support options if I need help with something that isn't immediately available in their documentation or training material. At this moment they don't offer any way to pay using cryptocurrencies but are still working towards it. As stated above we were looking at other platforms when choosing our software solution but Meros was one of them. Our main goal is to streamline processes within our organization so we can focus more time doing what we do best - solving problems and helping customers with their issues.
