Reduces redness and scaling in mild psoriasis
I have very, very mild psoriasis on my forehead and it has been wonderful. Regular cleansers or soap left my face scaly and I had to use a lot of lotion. For a while I tried washing with oil, that was enough. But there was a noticeable difference after using it for the first time. I use it with a washcloth to exfoliate and it's fantastic. I then use a pea sized drop of lotion as my face feels a bit tight afterwards.
