Bought this mask for long distances outdoors. The two issues I've had with other masks are fogging up on the goggles and not being able to breathe when the mask is soaked with condensation. I have tried different cloth masks as well as paper surgical masks to solve these problems. In <40 degree weather I've found that all other masks I've tried become too humid to be breathable within 2-3 miles. This mask solved both of my problems. It has a durable nose cap that prevents goggles from fogging up, and the material appears to wick moisture rather than absorb it, allowing the inside of the mask to remain breathable while it gets wet. I am very happy with this mask. It was just what I needed and would recommend to other distance runners.
