Great trainer!
My 17 year old son ordered these for off season basketball practice at the recommendation of one of his coaches. I am very happy with them and feel like they are really giving him ball handling practice. A note: He only uses them in indoor gyms, as he finds playing with them outdoors "wears them out" faster. (dirt from the ball)
