The level of support, knowledge base & customer focus for the team at webnx are all very good! It's easy to get in touch with someone who can help you out if needed, or just give advice about what they know best - their own product! They also have some great tutorials online which make it even easier to learn how things work. Their support tickets tend to take longer than other providers that we use but this could be due to our experience with them rather than any fault of theirs. We've been using webnx since 2015, when we were still running on AWS cloud servers. At first there was some issues getting everything set up properly but once we did we started seeing benefits almost straight away. This includes load balancing across multiple EC2 instances as well as being able to run more applications without having to pay extra for extra capacity.
