I actually went back and bought a couple more after trying the first one. I have very bad mid back problems about where the normal bra strap would be on the spine. This helped relieve that pain tremendously! I did take off points for the elastic on the bottom edging being very stiff and "pokes” into the sternum in the front at the bottom of the front closures. But it is easy to put on and remove due to its design if you have upper and mid back pain. It also helps to relieve a lot of pain as well. So overall I would buy again. But it would be nice if they could fix the sharp pointy pokey elastic corners in the front bottom closure piece. I may end up sewing on some soft cloth over that area myself.
