Update: The seller has contacted us to resolve the issue. We got a brand new fully working lamp and the remote control works great. I've attached a video to show the functionality and colors. In between I put a 16 ounce water bottle so you can see the size. The larger lamp is 5.9" and the smaller lamp is 4.8". As I said in my previous review, the smaller lamp shown in the photo had a problem with the remote control and that's the only reason why it doesn't change like the big one. My son is now excited about this moon lamp! First review: I really wanted to like it, but the remote control doesn't work at all. The backlight is nice, the touch base works but the remote doesn't work. I hate it because I bought it as a gift so we found out about the problems on Christmas morning.
