Won't Loosen Lug Nuts

I bought this impact specifically to keep in my car and loosen lug nuts if I got a flat tire, but it won't loosen them. I tried it on all 4 tires with no success. I still gave it 4-Stars because it is a quality-built tool, and it will most likely do every other medium-sized job you need it to do. I also own two other KIMO tools including a blower that I bought on Ebay and they work great.
