If you like hot nights in a puddle of sweat then this is the comforter for you! This blanket is very soft and light; However, this duvet is not cooling in any way! Like many women of a certain age, I suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. I keep my bedroom thermostat at 68 degrees and run two fans at all times. I enjoy the comfort of being wrapped in a blanket, but that's not possible. After reading the information on this product, I was thrilled that I could actually snuggle up and stay cool at the same time. That's not the case. During the day it looks great on my bed, but at night I sleep with just a sheet again. 🥺
