Poor quality, suitable for VGA cable

This item only duplicates the display. You cannot expand the display. The description says it's compatible with Windows 10, the box says it's not compatible with Windows 10. There is no way to contact the seller for customer support. Other USB to HDMI connections worked on this device. Also, when the screen is duplicated, you can see the difference in quality compared to another brand's USB to HDMI adapter.
