I love how versatile and reliable it is. It can hold my phone or drink and nothing looked like it would fall out. There's room on the bottom for a phone charger, it doesn't take up a cup holder, and you don't need to use strong magnets near your device. Overall, this is the best car mount I've ever bought. There are bound to be downsides, but basically it's just a setup. You need the right tools to remove the glove box handle, and if you want to get rid of the bracket (you won't), you'll have to remove it again. Like most parts on my Jeep, it tends to vibrate a bit once I hit 60 mph. Once you have decided to purchase this mount, sit in your Jeep and hold your phone just an inch to the right of the passenger side air vent. If that's not too far for your taste, then this mount is perfect for you.
