Review on ๐Ÿš‘ Accident Emergency Vehicle Light: Roadside Flashing Flares with Safety Warning LED Strobe - Magnetic Base, Amber/White by Daryl Barton

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The item looked good and well built but broke completely within 20 minutes trying to use it.

I received this emergency lamp about 30 minutes ago. It looked very solid. I first read the instructions, then put in 3 AA batteries and then got started with two orange rubber fingers as described in the little leaflet. With a touch of your finger you can switch between different light types, strobe and more, as described in the user manual. Then I used another (second) little orange button that changes the intensity of the light. However, after 3-4 thumb presses, a bright light came on from the top, but I couldn't turn the light off because the button wouldn't return to its original position, but stuck 3-4mm below it's original position. The starting point. I tried to loosen the push button with a small flathead screwdriver but it just kept sinking and never worked again. Then another button made the same problem - it got stuck. The machine could no longer be under my command; The central white light was on and I couldn't turn it off. This was my first device I bought from Revain and it failed completely in about 20 minutes of testing. It only cost about $15, so I saved time by just throwing it in the trash and writing this review to educate buyers about this potential downside for others as well. Don't let this happen down the road if you try to set it up and it happens. I'll have to try again carefully to find another more expensive better built roadside emergency device as the idea of a reliable long lasting roadside emergency light would be very important to warn other vehicles if you get stuck somewhere on the road or Street. .
