Processing leaves a lot to be desired. The cable is damaged due to the grommet installed on the device. It is stiff and not flexible which resulted in the cord being cut through the construction. I repaired it and fixed the problem. However, this is nothing for the end user to worry about. If this were not controlled, the wire would inevitably cut and cause failure (most likely when it is most needed). Maybe this will get a redesign in the future, but for now it deserves attention.
