Different pros: A good thing. I bought not for a child, but for a bed patient, the same story with the disposal of diapers. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but it fit perfectly. Different cons: The springs on the top of the valve do not hold well. Jump off periodically. I recommend the manufacturer to provide a hole for secure fastening of the end of the spring.
