Pros: -easy to put on (I do this when ring is already on) -no feel when on -ring stays in place well -hidden -even palm up you really have to look to see this - 2 of 3 size options (small, medium, large) are included. Cons: - difficult to take off (which is also a pro) (I get better with practice) - Too small! I wanted to make my ring smaller, I thought half a size. Even the smallest size is a little too tight. Feels good but my finger looks a bit fat hugging it. Make sure you have the space and need it. For this reason I only gave 4 stars. I wish there was an even smaller size. *UPDATE* They're supposed to bend the plastic before you put it under the ring. I've done this but found that if you bend it more, you can basically adjust it to make it looser. Doesn't sit on your finger anymore. Very happy now! Changed from 4 to 5 stars.
