The dashboard is very intuitive, easy for non-techies like myself who are trying it out! We've been able get our teams up & running with little training or assistance from their support staff (although they're always helpful). I would love if we could have more control over how many agents can be in an office at one time before having them all crash when there isn't enough space/power available - but that might just mean my expectations aren’t high :) Great tool so far though!! It makes managing multiple offices feel less overwhelming because everything has 1 place where you know exactly what needs attention now instead of going through each person individually via email etc..
