Return was painless

I guess these would be fine from a dollar store but at $14, I was expecting a little more. Spell-check would have been nice too but I am now learning how to perform "Bicycle Ctunches" (see photo) for 20 reps. I probably would have just kept it because I know what they mean but it was intended to be a gift so I don't have a real purpose for these things.

Pros

I absolutley love the workout dice! I use them training my clients and myself.

Cons

Rolling the dice may be disruptive to other gym-goers who prefer a quieter workout environment
