Oxygen absorber failed
The bags seem good but the oxygen absorbers didn't work. I planned to open the oxygen scavengers just before sealing the bags and put the rest of the oxygen scavengers in a plastic zipper and then in a jar. Mylar bags didn't lose air inside as I saw in the video. I know it takes time but after a week there is still air in the mylar bags. They must have been punctured during packaging or shipping, or they never worked to begin with.
