My husband has big gaps between his teeth so this floss seems to work for him. However, my teeth are clenched quite tightly and close together and that didn't help me at all! Unlike other traditional flosses, this one didn't slip through my teeth and get stuck. Worst of all, the floss frayed, ripped, and got stuck in my teeth easily, which made me very frustrated. There's nothing worse than something stuck between your teeth, especially when this product is meant to help with that problem but causes a problem instead! I wouldn't recommend this if your teeth are close together, but if they're ok it may or may not work.
