I used to glue mouthguards to my teeth so I had no problems! Boil the water and use the handle to submerge the entire tray underneath until it softens. Once it softens (you'll see it start to tremble), place it on your teeth, bite down (comfortably), close your lips, and suck the air out of your mouth. If they don't stick to your teeth and still look like a splint, you probably haven't softened them enough and can try again! Make the top and bottom separate. Hope that helps!
