Review on 🌞 Obagi Shield Matte Spectrum Sunscreen: Complete Sun Protection with a Non-greasy Finish by Daniel Smith

I've been using this product for over two years and it's my favorite sunscreen. I liked that it had a good concentration of zinc, but it wasn't really a white tint and was really matte. So when I got my last bottle I was very surprised, when I first opened the bottle I was hit with a horrible medicinal smell. then I realized something was wrong. When I put it on it was fat AF. Not at all what you want when you're spending $50 on 3 ounces of sunscreen. This material is seriously useless. Anyway, I called Obagi customer service and they confirmed that they had recently changed the lineup. I didn't offer a refund or anything when I told them about the horrible smell and greasy feeling. In any case, it looks like they almost doubled the concentration of zinc oxide, which could explain the smell. Who knows. But unfortunately it is no longer a high-quality product and I will look for an alternative.
