Now you have an open line to them, and they will work with you on anything. I customized all 3, even sent them images of the pictures I wanted. They were able to do exactly as I asked.The greatest thing about the ornament is that it is unbreakable. The child can touch it!The ornament shipped quickly and is perfect!
