I bought two for my twin boys first Christmas and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. I was a little nervous how you complete the personalized info for these to get made because you don’t really see how the ornament will look when it’s finished but it turned out way beyond what I expected. The wood is very thick and sturdy too. Definitely will last forever

I purchased 3 of these and was delighted with all of them. They truly will customize, all you have to do is put SEND PROOF somewhere in the initial order. They will send you an e-mail, with a proof. Now you have an open line to them, and they will work with you on anything. I customized all 3, even sent them images of the pictures I wanted. I purchased this ornament for my Grandson's first Christmas hoping it would be as nice as the picture online. It was even nicer than I expected. I gave it to his parents this past weekend and they were very impressed when they opened it. I had personalized the bottom and the engraving was very well done. I highly recommend purchasing. I wish I would have seen this for my granddaughter's first Christmas 2 years ago!

I ordered 2 of these, about a week apart. The first one came beautifully, with dark deep engravings like the picture shows. The second one had really light engravings and they weren't as deep as the first (like the laser wasn't turned up enough) and overall didn't look as nice. Don't pay attention to the "preview" when typing what you want on each side. The information will appear separately, on each side, unlike on just one side like the preview shows. Received the ornament prior to estimated delivery. Seller was awesome when I had a request to change one of the fonts - responded very quickly and was happy to accommodate the request. The ornament is gorgeous, and I have no doubt that it will survive the years for our daughter to put on her own tree someday.

Bought the First Christmas block for my grandson and love it. I'm considering replacing my children's original First Christmas ornaments , they look cheap compared to the block. The block is heavier than a child's building block with clear etching into the block. It's nice to have all the birth information on the block and loved being able to include a personal message. It makes everyone wonder how much they weighed at birth.

Perfect! The only thing I would change would be for the letter and reindeer to be opposite of each other (top and bottom) instead of having the reindeer picture next to the letter (top and side). Otherwise, this ornament is fantastic! I love it. Everything was done perfectly to my specifications.
