I use these for bedside table attachment, bedside table edge attachment and ambulance use by a person with health conditions who is bedridden more part of the day. They hold up well and never came loose once I placed them until I removed them and picked up the associated rubbish such as empty soda cans, medical rubbish, arts and crafts waste and used rubbish, tissues, bandages, napkins and so on. Common sense dictates that anything too heavy is likely to cause the bag to come loose, but even when we've fully packed the bag and pushed items into it, it will stay stuck in place. The adhesive stays tacky enough even after you've removed it from the item it's attached to and can be used to seal the bag before throwing it into a larger container. By having it handy and well attached to the furniture near the bed, we have actually eliminated the problem of tissues ending up on the floor instead of in the dustbin on the floor, small pieces of packaging of medical consumables such as syringe packaging or electrode backing paper, etc . which are often scattered if they cannot be disposed of immediately and then have to be picked up at least twice. They also hold quite a lot of cans or bottles of drink as long as the drink is consumed and weighs little, so we no longer run around to "empty ones" sitting around until someone comes and puts them in the bin. This way they can be disposed of immediately and the whole area looks tidier. They stick well to smooth, textured car surfaces, but work best on smoother surfaces. But on no surface have I had a single sag, except maybe a millimeter or two in the corner where the debris gets very heavy, but that's far superior to other bags that have tried to detach and hit the ground with a half eight to fall in them.
