I needed a pillow that would help with neck pain, not get too hot and keep warm. I'm a truck driver so I keep turning my head and looking in mirrors and bouncing around in my seat until 10-11am daily. This pillow is not uncomfortable but my other pillows are a little more comfortable but they didn't help my sore neck and I often woke up because I was sweating and they were too warm.
