I like how the company is very responsive and customer service focused. I dislike that it's a monthly subscription. I feel like I could pay a lot less and still receive the same value. I am using the program for the tracking of my freight shipments. I am also using it to see where I am in my shipment. The customer service aspect is great. They have a lot of resources you can use to help you learn how to use the program. I wish they had more training material to help with the initial set up of the program. I was able to learn how to use it from their customer service reps. I have realized that I can track my shipments and it shows me where my shipment is at. I am also able to see my shipment and my driver's location.
