I received the headset but not the wireless controller that was listed as included. I contacted the seller and they asked me to send them a photo of the controller which I did not receive. How should I do it? They also don't just send me the missing controller. I need to return the headset and order a replacement. Too much hassle for a cheap controller. As for the headset, I only found one that fits my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It even matches the case. So it works, but it's a bit underperforming compared to cheap VR headsets. The padding could have been a bit thicker and it doesn't have a select button like many other headsets. Usually there is a button that you press that touches the phone's screen. This allows you to adjust the distance between the lenses and the distance between the phone and the lenses. I ended up getting the seller to partially refund the money so I could buy the controller separately.
