I like how easy it was to get started with, no contracts or long term commitments needed! They are very helpful during any stage of your search process from finding candidates through onboarding new hires as well getting feedback for future searches. Their platform has been updated so many times that we can't even remember all their features anymore but they have always responded quickly when there's an issue in our account. The best thing about them? It feels more personal than other agencies out here because you're dealing directly w/the people who work at brandrecruiting (vs just talking to some random person over email). We've used several different recruiters before this one - most were not great while others did really good jobs too. This team does excellent customer service & works hard every step along the way helping us find what exactly fits into each candidate profile.
