Update: company tried to pay me to delete review

I bought this for a Fourth of July camping trip. I bought it early while I had the money so I would have it ready when the time comes to use it. Well my partner and I went to put it up this weekend just to make sure that we are comfortable with setting the tent up before we get to the campsite. The first thing I noticed was One of the main polesWas missing the little metal thing on the end so I could not Stabilize the pole with the metal pin as there is nothing to connect it to…I just kind of did it in the nylon anchor area at the corner of the tent and went with it because I really needed a tent and this one was a good price. Once it was set up, which was fairly easy by the way sans the broken pole, I tried to unzip the door. Not only did the zipper bend under the pressure of unzipping the door, but it was also not threaded correctly towards the top of the door. Honestly the zipper could’ve been because I did not notice the threads were not lining up until after I realize the door was not coming unzipped all the way.For the price, I would’ve at least expected the poles to work… I would absolutely not recommend this tent. I was going to overlook it as a bad tent. But because I didn’t set it up as soon as I received it, I am one day out of the return window. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Set the tent up as soon as you get it if you do decide to go with this mess.Update:Monday, 7/12, the company reached out to me to offered me $50 to delete my review. I told them I will not delete it but I will edit it to include them trying to pay off customers to delete bad quality reviews.
