I guess it's hard to say this is a complete scam but it seems to be the classic "Bait and Swap". They are impressed with the product pictured and when it arrives it is a random design from their "range". If you don't agree with any design for your keepsakes, which I doubt most people do, then I would not recommend this product. I wanted the world map design shown in the picture as it fit the theme I wanted, but instead I ended up with a sort of purple floral design. Needless to say, this was off topic. The product seemed to assemble well, but I didn't examine it very closely as I was very disappointed that I didn't get the style I wanted. Purchase at your own risk.
