Amazing, elegant pan - just spray before use!

I wanted to make molded champagne jelly for my friend's Roaring 20s birthday party. When I found the perfect recipe in Downton Abbey's cookbook, I realized it needed a beautiful shape. I've never been more excited about a kitchen item, but I love everything about it. Made in the USA, family owned, durable, elegant - perfect in every way for what I was looking for. IMPORTANT: I've read some reviews where people say it's difficult to clean or unmold the bread/cake. I was nervous because the jelly might stick or break, but a few good spritzes of cooking spray did the job just fine. Not sure how well it shows up in the photo, but the lines were as clear as glass. As a result, it became a real decoration of the whole party! I've also used it to bake cinnamon roll bread and it "rises" off the bottom of the pan - this can be fixed by simply trimming off the excess so it stays flat when you turn it clockwise. up.Nordicware, you have a loyal fan for life! I'll look at more products once I've finished my review.
